A Monroe County man is accused of selling 10 packets of heroin to a police informant at a Bushkill Township gas station.

Charged is Justin R. Stuyck, 28, of Kresgeville.

Prior, the informant texted Stuyck on his cellphone to set up the buy. The informant parked in a gas station parking space and waited until Stuyck arrived in a blue Buick sedan.

Police said the pair exchanged the 10 packets stamped with a "black jack" for $100 in a hand-to-hand exchange outside the window of the sedan. Stuyck then drove off heading north on East Moorestown Road.

Stuyck is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communications facility and possession of a controlled substance. Stuyck was arraigned overnight before District Judge Nancy Matos-Gonzalez, who set bail at $35,000.

In lieu of bail, Stuyck was sent to Northampton County Prison.
